AIDWA strongly condemns the US Israeli war on Iran. This naked show of imperialist power has led to devastation plunging the entire region into turmoil. The worst affected are women and children. The most inhuman attack on a primary school leading to the deaths of scores of children is the barbaric reality of US imperialism. This attack on Iran is in violation of the basic principle of national sovereignty, international law and all U.N charters. Criticism or fight against their government is the right of the people of Iran. It is utter hypocrisy for the US to camouflage its imperialist aim of coercive regime change in the name of democracy. The imperialist aggression came in the middle of negotiations and thus shows that the US attack had other aims.
The life and livelihood of common people of that region as well as the Indians who are working there, are in danger. This horrific attack is a threat to Peace, and International security.
We, on behalf of AIDWA ,firmly express our Solidarity for Iran and Iranian people, especially women and children.
This is a matter of shame as well as grave concern that this attack took place after the immediate visit of Narendra Modi to Israel. The Government should take a firm position against this aggressive attack on its longstanding friendly country Iran and take urgent diplomatic initiatives for the necessary cessation of hostilities.
